As soon as the concert started, the space was engulfed with custom audio-responsive content that lived on larger-than-life LED columns. PHOTOGRAMMETRY In the second stage the plants’ virtual replicas were created through the process of photogrammetry:&nbsp; a technique that uses photography to obtain measurements of physical objects to create a 3D model. The accuracy of the 3D scan has a relation to the number of photographs taken and the drawn path around the object, in this case, the plant. The upcoming data from the physical plants was processed to trigger animations in the virtual replicas. The fog that erases the path, the frailejones, the lagoon, the waterfalls, the forests, and the mountains. The paramos are elevated rock formations - located in the tropics of our planet - ideal for the genesis of life. A mixture of sun, water, and minerals provides sustenance for all the inhabitants of Bogotá and its surroundings. "Allí donde el paisaje se hace agua", is a project that proposes a view of the Paramo de Chingaza through a technique that interprets and translates the landscape generating a dialogue between the binary and the organic: it exposes a contemporary interpretation of nature. These light measurements reveal the most detailed forms of the stones, trace the geography of the mountain, and get lost in front of the elusive bodies of water. The project seeks to expand the properties of photography: to deepen the study of imperceptible shapes, textures, and colors; to obtain a three-dimensional, almost cartographic representation of flora and landscape. These pieces constitute a different approach to the representation of the natural environments that surround us. VR) "Point-cloud" (in its technical sense) refers to a set of data points in a 3D space, acquired in this case through the process of photogrammetry. It is a dialogue between the virtual and the physical world. This project consists of a series of after-images that come to "life" from hundreds of pictures of the same subject. The act of repetition obtains a new meaning.Cerro del Tablazo, in the savannah of Cundinamarca in Colombia, is not just a biogeographic border where clouds are shaped from the waters that rise from the Magdalena river valley. It is a territory beyond our vision, a nebulous space for thought. The plates evoke a past, but also relate to an eternal present. As Ignacio Piedrahita mentions, "it is hard to think of the rock as an inert body, when we know that the electrons vibrate at the same rhythm as the body that is holding it."Ultimately, this series of images are interfaces to a new visual regime. One in which the cloud, as a simple metaphor for a collective heritage of data, points to the obscurity of mediations of the contemporary human experience, and forces us to consider a "new realism" for the production of senses from algorithmic visual stimuli. Also, it is an invitation to an open discussion of "surface and depth" in the oversaturated landscape of our time. This year we played tribute to the religion of our days: music. The sacred symbol is a missing cassette. Without the cassette, there is no party. Appearing in an alien spaceship, our new friends manage to save the party. An intergalactic cassette, a teenage party, and a tribute to David Bowie. With several design awards, this is the most successful advertising campaign in the history of the renowned Colombian festival. The art of the video was all handcrafted, bringing back the nostalgia of the cassette generation.
